Running a private legal education institution meant leading over 40 affiliated teachers (supreme court judges, practicing lawyers, doctors, psychologists) while developing the programs they taught. First real lesson in leadership: you don’t lead experts by out-knowing them. You lead by making their work run.

CEO & Founder

Started it because the gap between what students needed and what the system offered was obvious. Tutoring in law became a full consulting platform: teaching, career guidance, and everything in between, with 500+ students and several thousand clients matched to the consultant network. Building a company turned out to mean building trust with people who depend on you.

  • Grew from zero to 50 teaching consultants and 40 career consultants
  • Quota 2 admission success rate moved from 5–10% to over 50%
  • Led the negotiations and sold in 2022 to Aspiri A/S, Scandinavia’s largest course provider

Teacher & Mentor

After the sale, I wanted work that mattered in a different way. Main subject teacher in AI, politics, human rights, and project management at Rødding, Denmark’s oldest folk high school. Mentoring vulnerable citizens toward education and employment at Jobcenter København. Two sides of the same question: how do people actually move forward?

Everything I’d been building toward in one place: guidance, legal knowledge, and AI. Direct casework and teaching across the full range of client groups in the employment system, plus the internal team figuring out how AI makes the whole organization more effective.

Not good at yet. Read these before the rest.

Not a trained software engineer

I build and ship real software, but by directing AI, not by writing or reviewing code by hand. No CS degree, no years on an engineering team. On code quality I cannot be your last line of defense, and I say so before you have to ask.

Large-scale corporate strategy

I’ve built and sold a company, but enterprise-level strategy at scale is new territory. Learning fast at Falck.

Saying no

I take on too much. Years of running a company solo made “yes” the default. Protecting focus is worth more than being helpful everywhere.

The unfinished law degree

Finished the bachelor (170 ECTS), started the Kandidat, paused it when the company took off. No plans to go back. The legal method stayed; the diploma didn’t.

Strengths

Guidance & counseling

I meet people where they are. Job seekers, students, vulnerable citizens. The work is finding a path forward and sticking with it.

Teaching & communication

Folk high school classrooms to corporate settings: complex topics broken down into something people can actually use.

Entrepreneurship

Built a company from nothing, grew it to 90+ consultants, and sold it to Aspiri A/S in 2022. I know what it costs to make something real and sustainable.

AI strategy & integration

I bridge AI capability and real-world adoption. I teach it, lecture on it, and integrate it into daily workflows at Falck.

Building with AI

I ship real software without writing code by hand, by directing AI with system design, product judgment, and enough working literacy across dev environments, git, terminals, and deployment to steer it safely. 70+ repositories, several serious: beskæftigelse.dk, konsulentkortet.dk, DëvSec.

Legal knowledge

GDPR, employment law, compliance. A legal background is an edge in regulated guidance work.

Working on

Active investments. Not strengths yet.

AI tool development

Moved from teaching about AI to building with it: beskæftigelse.dk for labour-market intelligence, DëvSec for security, the tools behind this site. Next step is getting them into more hands.

Public speaking

Regular lectures on AI and the job market. Bigger stages still push me.
